4.11 available?

This morning I was looking at a new product (Iray Storm) and a saw mentioned Daz 4.11.  Is that available?  Thanks.

    The current Beta is 4.11.something and has a lot of changes/improvements to Iray rendering - the product page is recommending that you use it for best results, but should work on the current production release. You can install the Beta alongside the main release if you want to try it - I have it like that.

    I was wondering the same thing. I thought it was still in Beta.

    Hello, the Beta should be available to all users, refer to this thread. I highly reccomend using it, almost every promo shot i did for the store used the denoiser, it's a pretty wonderful tool. I run the beta alongside normal studio without any issues.

    Is this still available? I just followed the intructions at the page Richard gave, and in Install Manager when I search for "daz studio * public build* I see nothing

    Do you have Public Builds enabled in Download Filters?

    Same here

    Not the first time i try it  and i still not have the beta version 4,11

    And yes Publics Builds is enable and i have the last version of Downlod manger

    I hate Daz Download manager  for this

    Did you "buy" it using the store link Richard posted? It is free, but you have to buy it so it gets into your product library. DIM only shows products that you have purchased.

    Yes i have bought it the first time in october 2018 And it was  the first time i have tried to have it via DAZ Instal manager without success

    Look 3 lines below the one you circled. Is that the beta you are looking for?  I think I misinterpreted your attachment. Why is the non-beta product circled?

    Did you run the Daz Install Manager and follow the 3 steps in in the How To Install section shown in your screenshot?

    Yes i follow the 3 steps And when i put in the filter  DAZ Studio Public Build  and click on  the little magnifiing glass icon noyhing is listed

    I have 6732 products ready  to  be downloaded ( i am a long time user from the beginning of DAZ) and always manually installed without problem except this Beta 4,11

    Try just entering the word Public in the DIM search box and hit the Enter key on your keyboard.

    This is what I see (note some items are for Hexagon Public Build, not Daz Studio, so you can skip those two). If you don't own the same plugins I have, your list will be slightly different.

    If you don't normally use DIM, be sure you click on the gear icon and configure it first! You don't want things installing where you don't want them.

    That is a mystery.  I guess you'd better submit a help request and ask customer service to check on what is wrong.

    I used DIM to install the public build (I think it was 4 items to download).  Shouldn't 4.11 now be on my desktop?  I don't know how to get to it.  

    -- edit -- the desktop icon appeared, I'm good.

    Does somebody happen to know what kind of a MAC OS configuration is necessary to run 4.11? Specifically, what MAC OS is required and what NVidia web driver and cuda version?

    I saw the Beta product page a while ago, but it did not specifically mention 4.11 but did mention 4.10, so I presumed that was not something I needed.

    I have now "purchased" the beta and in DIM I now see:

         Daz Studio 4.11 (Win 64-bit) Public Build +Beta+

    Not obvious, but we got there.

    Can I use RTX 1070 with 4.11 Beta. Also, is it okay to use beta for my project? I mean does beta consist of too many bugs?

    I've been using the 4.11 beta for a while and haven't found too many bugs. The only really obnoxious one is that some scenes will not render on the RTX cards but will render on things like my 1070. I went through a bit of troubleshooting and it has to do with some render settings (merging the broken scene with a working scene then deleting all the assets in the working scene seems to fix it). Outside of that, I can't say I've seen any other issues.

    No one knows except Daz, and they usually don't announce release dates

    Finally , with the help of Daz support, i have downloaded the 4,11Beta

    I have uninstalled and reintalled DIM and using SKU::12000 in the filter

    Unfortunately, no different :( All I have is the "Public Content 1 DS" but after installing that I have nothing in there.

    @opethrial, do you have the Software filter checked in the Download Filters. Maybe that is required.

    Holy crap, that did it! I knew it had something to do with the filters. Thanks a bunch!

    Win64
    Public Builds
    Software
