Can the "Road to Madirac" be used without Terradome 2?
I just wondered if anyone had tried this. The description says that it's not suitable for use with your own environments. But, this is an older model. So possibly, someone has figured out a way to use it since then? I was wondering if it would work with Terradome 3, or maybe with Morak Badlands...etc.

Yes - you'll need another terrain ground as it's a flat crossroads, but terradome isn't required to use the props and road.
Here's an overview shot of everything included (crossroads, rail-track, poles and broken poles).
In fact - the roadside 'dirt' has a square tileable texture - so even just putting a basic plane down, making it 10,000% scale, then tiling the dirt texture across it will fill in those gaps - then add any details you want in the middle.
If you've got terradome 3, I don't see why it couldn't be used with that. The product only includes pose-presets for Terradome 2 to match the road's shape.
Ah...excellent. That makes it a lot more worthwhile. I really like the look of the road and poles. Thanks!
I was thinking of using it with my recently purchased, Morak Badlands. I'll give it a try tonight.
did it work?
Bet it looks good on one of bitwelder's Planent X-x's ;) Those are nice and flat with those great mountains in the background.

Agreed. I used the Aako dry mud flats for the image in the other thread
