Forum post counts... Frozen???

Not that it matters but My browser is showing everyones post count frozen
 even with mutilple posts in the same thread
...even Richard Haseltine's
anyone else getting this?

    It's a total count, not an index number for the post, so it should be the same in every instance on a page (or on any pages until the user posts again).

    The post count will always show the last post number on all posts throughout the forum 

    So  take a look at my post count number after I have made this post,   And then check the post count on this post which I made back in May 2012.  I made a note that it was 29,335  ( Chohole Posts: 29,335)   so now when I make this next post it should go up to 29336

    I believe that the post count displayed is the latest post count for that person at the time you look at the forum. Try looking at all your most recent post and an old one and I'll bet thay have the same count for you irrespective of when youmade those posts.

    ETA: Oh wow, I spent far too long testing my theory before I hit that button! Not one but two mods got in there!

    I though it was my Avast secure browser  being overy aggressive or something.
