IDG IRay Selectable Hair Color Shader

I bought IDG IRay Selective Hair Color Shader. Unfortunately, I have a problem with the application. After using the hairshader, each hair is displayed in white and no colors are accepted (see the following screen). What am I doing wrong?

     Yes, I have read the guide and as good as I understood, I went ahead.
    However, I have now saved this file once and reopened, and now the shader is displayed correctly. Sorry for the demand that has now settled with it.
