Anyone know of i13 HQ Hoodie opens up all the way to show full chest & stomach?

Does this hoodie only show cleavage or can it open all the way to expose the chest & stomach so you can fully see the shirt underneathe? Imagine it completely open and parted to the sides of the chest & stomach, can it do that?

Correct, the Mall Girl hood cannot be raised to cover the head. It might be possible to raise it with dForce or VWD but it would probably require much fiddling to get working.
You could use the geometry editor to cut the i13 one at the zipper by deleting a row of quads, then use dformers to shift the two halves to each side.
