Where can I find the hair featured on FW Monie?

I often find I am attracted to new "characters" as a face/hair combo, but the hairstyles almost never come with.

I know that the hair and clothing used to showcase the character is not part of the deal. I just wish that the hair and clothing used to showcase characters was always credited and available to purchase because when it isn't, it is just frustrating: If I really like the whole picture, I want it all or nothing, most of the time! :)
