PC+ Coupons.. I need to write a ticket to use when free stuff is in cart?

I know this is kicked around over and over, but just need a confirmation on the PC+ coupon use... If I add one to my cart, it does not give total discount..only $2 with Eva Pro8 and the free pro package in cart. 
So now I have to contact sales and get my total discount? 

Will I get a gift certificate or will my money be put back on my bank account?

I woul not ask, but I have never tried to contact sales on this. Wehn it didn;t work, i just stopped applying them when free items were in cart, but I need to use it this time.

    Yes, you need to file a ticket. By default the refund is store credit, but you can ask for a refund on your original payment method in your ticket.

    thanks... yes, i dont want store credit for sure ...
