Magento problem seem to be fixed.
The Holiday Free item hasn't changed today, so if you picked it up yesterday, it won't show anymore. The Cozy Dining Room is the regularly scheduled weekly DO freebie.
ok. a bit of info lacking on the loyalty discount.
Does it accumulate when you buy something daily?
Do the recent Top Sellers update over the course of the sale?
how "recent" do the top sellers need to be to be considered "recent"?
Where's all the info on the sale and loyalty discount though?
@jakiblue, The Holiday Free item today is still the dForce Long T-Shirt from Aave Nainen. If you "purchased" it already, it won't show up.
@Mazh, If you're still seeing a 404 error, try refrshing the sales page. The link to the PC+ items was incorrect, but was updated and the new link is working. In fact, here's the working link.
nope, i only have max 38$ to spend on daz until dec 19 (by which Lee 8 will be off 30% back to normal price) - (which also means i'll be outta decent food apart from noodles/rice/millet flakes in a week already until dec 19). meaning 31$ for Lee since i have to get him now, and i hoped to get a long awaited, long needed wishlist item with the remaining 7$. ok, as i complained yesterday i didn't realize that the 25% discount would last until dec 31, i thought it was a (few) day(s)'s event, and i hadn't yet realized either that the daily PA's catalogs were included.
anyways, besides Lee 8 those 7$ are all i can afford for the next 3 weeks, so it's important that i pick something judiciously... no "nice to haves", only a "die to have" - singular cuz with 7$ it's pretty sure it'll be 1 item only ~
I expected one of the new PC releases to be in the New Releases section - it usually has been before. Shame.

The dining room one is the regular PC weekly freebie. I believe the "holiday freebies" are ones made by the PA's for the holiday season giveaways?
I don't see any indication that the discount can change, it certainly appears it won't go down from the expiry date (see earlier in this thread) and there's nothing in the promo saying "spend more to increase your discount".
The top-sellers have chnaged since yestrday, haven't they? Maybe I just noticed different things.
Looks like a batch of products was added to both Recent and Historical. I presume they will roll off after three days, like the Debut New and Still New life-cycle.
I think the Loyalty discount is just that, a reward for having already purchased recently, and how much. I think it might be difficult to keep a running total on all buyers over the next month to give them bigger rewards as they buy.
"Recent Top Sellers" doesn't necessarily mean a recent release, but top selling, recently. For example, Antebellum Mansion is almost two years old, but was in the Fast Grab a couple of weeks ago, which probably pumped its stats considerably, recently.
That appears to be the weekly PC+/with purchase freebie...
Yeah, I missed it alright.. I picked up the freebies, but really thought DAZ would have extended the new Lee 8 bundle a little longer. I think it debut on the thanksgiving holiday.. it seems they have run them longer than just a week in the past. Really disappointed as I don't get paid until the Saturday
A lot of folks spend their money on the holiday but also Black Friday.. maybe they will have a change of heart and have a "catch up black friday sale" this weekend lol
The use of the word "current" on the sales page, ("Your Current Loyalty Discount is X%",) implies the discount could change. My thought is Daz may do something like they did for the Holiday sale in 2016, with the "extra" bonus discount in the final days before Christmas. Or not. It's nearly impossible to guess what Daz has in store for us.
On a side note, Richard, I've been telling newbies Daz has three "event" sales every year: March Madness, the PA Festival, and the PC Anniversary Sale. But this Holiday Loyalty Sale sure has the look and feel of an event sale. Should I include it in the list of event sales in the future? What do you think?
Unlike the PA Festival and PC Anniversary sale, the discounts for the Holiday Loyalty Sale shouldn't affect the Lee 8 promo. However, there had initially been a banner discount on Gift Cards for customers already owning Lee 7, (perhaps Lee 6 as well,) That discount stacked with the 30% GC discount yesterday. I suspect Daz pulled the whole promo to stop the stacking. If so, there's really no reason not to put it back up, unless there are more GC discounts coming in the next eight days.
Daz only started pulling down base figure promos early, that I can recall, this past year. I think Edward 8 was the first. Prior to that, base figure promos stayed up and active for a full two weeks. In their defense, it has been only in the past few years that Daz has been pumping out two base figures a month. (Thank you, It's Raining Men!) Before that, with usually only one figure released early in a month, there wasn't any overlap between release promo and sales event.
Beg Daz to bring Lee back, and find a bunch of like-minded folk to beg with you. That has worked in the past.
Well, I did think on seeing one of those posts that we had had some kind of over-Christmas special the last couple of years so it might count as an event sale, but of course there's no knowing what Daz will do next year (and this one does seem to have varied in form a lot more than the others).

I saw the same thing. Maybe too many people asked why no free item showed up today, so they made it visible. It shows unpurchased for me, too, even though I "bought" it yesterday.
Yes, since "no freebie" was confusing people earlier the page has been modified to show the current freebie even if you've already purchased.
Well... after spending several hundred aussie dollars buying items off my wishlist (along with new releases in the hope of increasing my loyalty discount), I can sadly say it hasn't made one iota of difference.
After buying Mei Lin 8 Pro and several other packs prior too (close to $600 USD in first half of November alone), I kinda expected a little more savings (given that's nearly $1000 AUD right now)
Don't get me wrong though, got a lot of stuff to work with... just there's a heap of other useful stuff on my wishlist I can't bring myself to buy now due to wallet fatigue.
Maybe it is elvaluated once a week as the sale progresses. Then again there is no promise that it will ever increase.

I see that The Management's product line has been (mostly) restored with their new release (the Barlow House Exterior is still MIA). I remember a few people who were annoyed that they missed out.
I have to say, while I enjoyed the PC+ sale, In the current sale the 40/50 sale items have zero attraction when the whole store was 50% off last weekend...
With my loyalty discount and a new debut item most of those offerings are 65% off or more
+1 Same here With the 65% discount and using the 30% off store credit we got at the start of the loyalty sale it is not a bad deal

I prefer it since having both in a scene can kill my resources. Also many times I don't need both so that saves me money because if both were included then it would probably double the price.
