Problematic fixture of weapons at legs

What is it with these bands around legs holding weaponry of all kind? PAs seem to like them, Buyers as well, but several of them would be a big problem in reality. Because, if there is no fixture belt to the girdle, if the wearer just walks a little bit, they would slide down, he would loose them. And if he fastens the bands so strong that they stay, he will constrict the blood flow and gets other problems.
Don't get me wrong, some do have the much needed fixture to the belt, but others ... And don't tell me it is stitched to the pants. Because then the bands would not be needed.
The laws of physics work even with high heels. If it can go down, it does.
Just an observation ...

Because it's a pain in the hinie trying to create an item that attaches at the hip and thigh and doesn't distort like silly putty when posed. I mean, I think it's possibly impossible to pull this off in a way that works beyond a handful of specific morphs.
Your best bet is to attach at the hip OR thigh and just hope people don't mind.
Okay, so is there something like a short leather band with a belt buckle and a loop on one end for kitbashing? (Sadly I'm still no good ad modelling)
yeah, i tend to avoid the ones that don't model it properly. Smays tactical belts for GF8 have all belts and work well with most holsters. There is also the tactical gun from Smay that works well on G8 is you change the scene identifier
...hmm many years ago Questor created proper holsters and belts for the freebie guns he modelled. I still have them.
Hey, I just found that I own stalker girl guns by Smay. And these do have proper belt and holster. Thanks, I'll try these on the newer figures.
Forgot about that one. There is also this from Smay for GM2 https://www.daz3d.com/super-hero-equipment-for-genesis-2-male
Okay, Thanks.
Exnem has a Holster and Guns set for G3F at Rendo.
