I'm Having a BIG Problem With This Sale

I have been visiting this sale every day and waiting to buy the Desert Motel Bundle https://www.daz3d.com/desert-motel-bundle
It has a green "NEW" banner on the item page indicating it is a "NEW" release. The price is the regular price of $64.95.
Today's SALE banner says "PREMIER ARTIST SALE - ALL NEW RELEASES & ALL PREMIER ARTISTS** that have released so far are BACK ON SALE. **EXCLUDING NEW RELEASES AND PC+
EVEN MORE SAVINGS - GET AN EXTRA 10% OFF STILL NEW RELEASES
If Desert Motel Bundle has a NEW release banner on it, why isn't it on sale? How can ALL new releases be on sale, but EXCLUDING NEW RELEASES?
Desert Motel Bundle isn't a brand new release, but it it's still marked as NEW, so that would make it STILL NEW, so shouldn't it be 40%off + 10% off?
Maybe just clarify this?

Because it was released Aug 7 and not part of the PA sale. However, the good news is that if the PA sale runs a couple of more weeks it may be discounted in the final catchup
That came out August 07, so it was not a new release for the PA sale, but it is still a new release in that it is not yet older than 60 days. Pretty much anything released in the two months before the first day of the PA sale is going to be in a dead zone for PA sale discounts. I see how the wording is confusing.
I don't know. I must be blind. Where does it say it came out August 7th?

Thanks. Was there a link for this page somewhere? Do all the procucts have pages like this?
Ati and Overdrawn's "Daz Deals" browser add-on gives you a link on all the product's pages to the "Read Me" (next to the SKU):
It also shows you the product's price history, lets you search the Daz store by what you can use your PC+ coupons to purchase, and a lot of other great features. For anyone that buys content here on a regular basis, the Daz Deals add-on is almost a "must have", imo.
Formally speaking, there is a "link" but each product has a product number such 123456 and that can be looked up in the documentation center (http://docs.daz3d.com/doku.php/public/read_me/index/start/). every once in a while, someone will ask if something is included with a product; I then look up the product, search the filo list and am able to say yes or no. Moreover, there are is the instructional pdf for a product that has one, details on its use, sometimes a changelog, etc...
