    lol Yep, its got everything. I almost didn't do the bow and arrow, but was like whats a Dark Elf without those?

    Yes, there is a mega bundle that will include Gen 1 sets, Gen 2 sets and Gen 4 sets. But it will sadly not be til the Gen 4 set is finished (around Oct-Nov) I haven't hammered out all the details of that quite yet.... and sadly, I had to pause production of the Gen 4 version for another promotion.

    Yes, there is a mega bundle that will include Gen 1 sets, Gen 2 sets and Gen 4 sets.     What UV map does this use, both on genesis, and genesis 2? it doesn't state.

    And a bit of quandary, I don't use the new shaders since my comp is 4.6 issues. Think I can reproduce that glow with something else? :(

    The genesis 1 version uses V4's UV's. The Gen 2 version's maps were transferred to V6 (so it uses her UV's)

    As far as the shaders go, I don't know if you can replace the effect. You can use ambient, but they wont glow in an outwardly fashion the same way. I know there's a way to do physical shaders to make it do that as well, but I honestly don't know how. Finally, I think there may be something to do with uber enviro and causing things to glow. But seasoned DS users will have to advise on that (Im sort of a newb to DS)

    Okay, probably a UE surface light on the eye surfaces. :) Sounds awesome! I can't say how many times i'm asked for drow or dark elves pictures so this is pretty nifty.... :)

    If Uberarea works for you, you could try using that on the eyes (unless that's already what these are? I don't have it). You may also get away with colored point lights with the span of the light rays turned way down.

    The glowing eyes in this use the SSS shader by AOA (a combo of Ambient and SSS contribution) so that they not only light up the eyes, they light up the surrounding areas of the eyes. The brows have the same shader applied, so theyll take on the light, so to speak, when using the glowing eyes (but don't when using the human eyes)

    The same shader is used on the bow in Midnight Huntress.

    Some other details about the set I wanted to put in the thread for people, just in case Im not here soon (Im on a wonky schedule, so Ill be going to bed in an hour or two) If anyone has questions, please feel free to add em (and I will answer them when I get up) or you can just PM me directly. Ill still be around for a little while, though.

    There is a no ears morph included, for using the hood (this will make it so the ears don't poof it out - tho u can use it with the regular Dark Elf morph too, as the morph accounts for the ears)

    The skin has SSS enabled (not just the glow) and requires the SSS shader by Age of Armor (and DS 4.6)

    The textures in Midnight Huntress have some pieces that feature Velvet (and require ubersurface)

    The Poses require limits to be off (due to the extreme nature of archery)

    The bow is only Right handed - the arrow only left handed. And the archery poses work with it

    The Quiver has rigidity on it (so it will not deform when using any morphs)

    The quiver arrows parent to the Quiver (and so, when using certain morphs, you may have to move them slightly to put them back in the quiver -- this will not be the case when posing the quiver itself, however)

    As mentioned, the Gen 1 version uses V4's UV's.... the Gen 2 version uses V6's UV's

    Most of the tidbits can be found in the PDF... so if you guys get stuck on anything, checking it is always a good idea as it will answer most things. The PDF's are in the wiki -- http://docs.daz3d.com/doku.php/public/read_me/index/16000_16999 (just look up each pack)

    Oh bother :( So tis impossible to use the skin without the shaders? What's it look like just the texture/no shader?

    That's a question I'd love the answer to. Actually, it was one of the things we tried figuring out in testing. Sadly, none of my testers didn't have the SSS shader uninstalled to see what it would do.

    I assume if u dont have it installed, it will not load those channels (DS will most likely just ignore them completely) The skin should render normal (with bump, and spec, in theory) But I can't say that with 100% certainty.

    If someone can answer that, I'd love to know. I could always create non shaded skins later on, if worse comes to worse.

    Ok this is how it will render without the SSS. Its a little Dark, but it can be lightened up by changing the blue color on the diffuse.

    Eyes dont glow, as u can see..

    I'd be happy to make ds4 with the older version of SSS for it and make some glowy light surface for the eyes. But kind of torn buying a product that I have to spend a lot of time reworking for older version of DS. :( Which sucks.... DS4.5 isn't "old" even.... ug.

    I know the new SSS is new and awesome and has nice effects but daaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaamn it takes forever to render and half the time would j ust give me errors or crash or bug out. :( whats the render time with the new shader on a basic machine (lets say maybe 8gb ram ish?)

    OTOH... the light skins don't use the diffuse boost like the Drow skins do.... so these are pretty straight out of the box (cept for the eyes... they'd need ambient turned up)

    Well my machine has 8 gigs... but Im on a hexacore. The render time isnt too bad (for example, these little shots only took maybe a minute or two tops over the ones that had no SSS)

    My promos took me significantly longer tho, but they had raytraced shadows in it and everything else. Ive also optimized my render settings too (here's a screenie in case anyone wants to try them)

    This charakter and armor looks really amazing! Definitely something I will buy when I am back from work! Just one thing: I just can't find, if the hair figure is included or not. Or are these hair from another charakter?

    Note its for Gen 4... but it is an HR2 (parenting prop file) that works perfect with Genesis and Gen 2

    Yeah, sorry the V4 version isnt hitting sooner. I kind of ran out of Summer. So Ive had to push it back a bit due to another promotion. It is halfway (maybe even mostly) done... I just have to finish up some portions of the sets.

    And I just have to say that I loooove your avatar. Its the prettiest blue color Ive ever seen.

    About bundles I wonder why there is no bundle only for genesis variations and only for G2F variations, and only supermegabundle is an (future) option?
