My newest has finally hit the store....
Make Night Elves, Blood Elves, Wood Elves and Drow - all in one pack, with special glowing eye options that really glow. Also includes normal human eyes and Elven Eyebrows with 6 different textures.
Then, clothe them and arm them with Elven appropriate armor, and pose them too. Coz we all know those archery poses are a pain lol
Best of all, everything matches perfectly. You will achieve perfect seamlessness with these two sets.

UPDATE: 8-28 to Dark Elves (Gen 1 and 2 version)
Now includes no tattoo face mats, minor seam corrections and morphs are split (Gen 1 - Ears,eyes and face.... Gen 2 - ears)

I vote Gen2! :) Gia is my new go-to figure and with Girl coming... yeah... one of your outfits for Gen2 for sure!

I wasn't any real help at all, was I? LOL
LOL Yeah, I have a hard time deciding between Gen 1 and Gen 2 myself. I could easily convert one to the other tho, later on... but initially, Im only gonna be able to do one figure, sadly. So I figured you guys could help me decide, by giving me an idea what everyone is using and wanting supported.
And..... well, I will give a hint and say the ones that will be coming VERY soon, are for Genesis. And they're for Genesis 2 lol (and theres 4 in total, 2 to each figure) It will also eventually have a Gen 4 version, but it most likely won't be til Oct/Nov-ish

I'll just say I'm using Gen2 more and more for female renders. But if we're already getting 2 for each, I'll be happy either way. :)

I have them split up into separate packs, since people seemed to voice they liked that option the best (just buy what they want, rather than spend more on things they may not want) Then the sets are additionally split for each figure, so people can buy them for the figure they're using.
And hmm sneak peeks are coming. But I thought maybe we might play a game later, when its a little closer to release (a sort of guess what it is) and some ppl may even win it free.

Well sort of humanoid, sort of creature. But the genre is pretty popular... I swore Id never do it again (guess I lied LOL)
Ok so far, V4 is in the lead. But Im gonna leave voting open for the entire weekend.
I personally would prefer genesis 2, but don't mind the other two either (got to love autofit ;P)

Well the nature of this outfit is such, that it should autofit well (no skirt this time) It will have boots tho.... and those usually get wrecked with AF (tho gen 2 seems to do better with it)
And LOL Ill be doing a full contest like Monday-ish, with some hints and whatnot.

I HATE this "female first" attitude that folks keep believing in so much. With Genesis 01 there are twice as many clothing choices for the male that any other male figure released so that says allot about the idea that female sells more. If the clothing choices are there then there will be sales. If it's well made the clothing will continue to sell at a steady pace. Same with skins and morphs.

Even some female clothing made for Genesis 01 has SOME elements that can be used to add to more masculine outfits to complete the look. To me this is why Genesis 01 wins hands down in my book! With Genesis 02 here now I'm seeing 99% of the support from DAZ, not many folks are adopting the figure as of yet so that tells me allot about how popular "she" is. lol And it's not like I've not lent some support to "her" I've released 2 freebie morph packs that are huge. But I'm back fully supporting Genesis 01 because I'm just happier with the figure. :-)
I'll be good with V4 or Gen1, probably V4 more as I'd have my pick of using either V4 or Gen1 with it.

I can see your point there. Here's my opinion on Gen 1 versus Gen 2.
I love that Gen 1 has so many morphs - but really, thats an unfair bias, coz its had longer to build them up. I too, like the fact everything is one figure, and can be dialed on a moments notice. But then, my female stuff tends to be VERY female, so its not really intended to be put on males anyway, in some cases (tho its awfully funny to put something dainty on the freak lol my son and I had a blast with that, when I was making my current outfit)
Gen 2, however, is in some ways superior. It comes down to rigging though, really. I like the figure a lot, but I can't wait to see some softer morphs for it. Not to say the muscly ones are bad... and I really love all the detail thats in them. But I don't tend to do all barbarian type things, and so far, these morphs more fit that ideology, I think. So, am excited to see some diff mors for it for sure (and mine is not over the top muscly at all)
So, for me, I guess Im pretty neutral. I like em both, for diff reasons. I have a hard time deciding there (but going from Gen 1 to Gen 2 is pretty simplistic, so conversions are always possible)
But if I were to judge solely by this poll..... Gen 4 still seems like its the most sought after. It is currently winning by a landslide. It will definitely be interesting to see what the sales are on these.
In my first freebie morph pack there is a sub area called Female Shapes and there are a few softer shapes there. Use them with the current default or V6 to get some nice variances. They pose nicely from my tests. Look on my Sig line for the links! :-)

Hey, it's a hard figure to ditch. With so many freebies out there and the extended back-catalog of stuff, it's hard not to stick with her. She seems to have more of the epic fantasy wear, too, which you don't find that much of for Genesis.
