Smooth Solid not working on Genesis Figures

Anyone know why I can't get my Genesis figures to show up as smoothed solid? Or even any kind of solid. All the Genesis figures are "see throught", unlike props

Go into the materials pane and turn the transparency off for it.

Are you using the latest version, this was happing in a previous release and is now fixed.

Change the surface shader to dz default or uber surface (the 3DL shaders) before you send to Hex, it's the Iray shader that does that... very annoying.
