I both both the Manga Style Shaders & the Visual Style Shader today but they were actually Fast Grab, not Annual PA Sale

I already have all of the pw shader set.
But do those shaders work in the most recent version of DAZ Studio? Because awhile back I bought a shader set that didn't work in my version of DS, and I don't want to make the same mistake again.
Has anyone purchased the new wet, tanned and sweaty skins? If so, could you please post some renders or point me in the direction of some user renders? I currently have the bundle in my cart at the discounted price of $15.72 which seems like a great deal, but I am not yet sold on it from the product promos and videos. I am interested in it, but tomorrow there may be something else that I would rather have, so I would like to see more examples of it in use before I buy. Thanks.
Don't forget there is a 30 day 'no questions asked' return policy. So, if you get it and decide you don't want it or want something else more then you can always return it.
Took care of the wet skin by finding a "How to do wet skin in Iray" tutorial that works for exactly $ 0.00 to my satisfaction. Might not be as good as a paid one, but it works for my needs.
And pools? I think I got at least four or five and all came as freebies - two of them as Platinum Club free products - so the need to buy another one is quite low...
Nonetheless DAZ got me today. Ultimate Pose Mixer was just too tempting. So some of my store credit is gone now...
Yes, but the clear materials can be a hassle to do good with. That is the eyes (cornea & eye moisture in Genesis 8) & eyelashes. The Sakura Eyes have an extra Lens that is clear & problematic too so use the 3DL settings for Sakura's eyes & other characters eyes before converting to those two products. In general, use 3DL materials as the base materials before using the Manga & Visual Styles shader sets above if available. If you do start with iRay don't forget to convert every surface to 3DL and changed the renderer to 3DL otherwise your render will just be a black silohuette.
I don't know how to convert iray surfaces to 3DL. I think I'll pass, thanks.
I tried loading a 'still new' release and one of the 'free' animals in my cart, and the free animal was still at full price. Also tried it with a 'Debut' new release and the animal was still full price. How can I get the free animal?
According to the page:
You have to buy Pearl or Leenda AND one of the items from the other categories to get a free animal.

I know the Premier Artist Sale is going on, but, wow, what a way to kill the Latonya 8 sale. I had a bunch of items ready for Friday payday based off the Pro Bundle offers, but the sale was clobbered and the products folded into the PA Sale. I hope it's not misconstured later that the Latonya 8 Bundle sale was less than other Bundle sales. After the last couple of Bundle sales, I thought we'd have a couple of weeks to take advantage of the offers.
I was surprised by that too, but since they pulled Edward after only 4 days on sale, I've been very wary about waiting even a day or two. I wish they'd keep them up two weeks, and let us know when they were going down.
I was pretty sure LaTonya's extra stuff was going away after a few days. It's possible she'll get a catchup sale encore though.
Well if 3DL does get phased out it is a good reason to keep my Released version of DAZ Studio at 4.10.x & my beta version at whatever.
Finally! Something I can use the loyalty discount on. I've been waiting for the Faveral set to be released. And it looks gorgeous.
The Deepsea releases are also welcome, although I can see that with all of these I'll be having to convert them back to 3DL. Which probably means the hair won't get used. But I'll try it and see how it comes out. Sometimes Iray materials work in 3DL. But I won't count on it.
Some 404 problems with some PA stores today (Saturday): e.g. Aliwonder, Ajax. Anyone else seeing this?

DAZ has recently stated that they have no plans for phasing out 3DL.
Still waiting here. It might be the first time I don't use a Daz Coupon.
I've picked up plenty of new releases so far this sale, but the specials have not really been grabbing me. And as always, the single-day nature of the specials seems to quite balance out the up-to-50% discount on the New Releases. It feels less like a holiday or festival and more like a different season. The change isn't unwelcome, but I could see myself missing the non-sale approach to the banners.
Anyone else having trouble getting the discount? I have Faveral's new Modular Medieval Village goodies and the Oso Shader Pack 1 in the cart, so one debut and one new release, but the robot and cyborg items which are supposed to be 70% off keep coming up as full price after adding one to the cart. Frustrating... Is this just me or is it another "Daz Sale Not Working" glitch?

The price history provided by Daz Deals led me to believe I would be on a massive shopping spree during the PA sale and it hasn't played out like that. After using your link, I see how the sales differ.
The 70% robot deal needs a debut item - i.e. one of today's new releases (the 10 at the top of the page) - it's not meant to work with a "Still New"
Under the Featured Special Items it says buy any combination and get 1 at 40% off and 2 at 50% off, but when I put two of the pro 6 bundles in the cart the price for each stays at $26.99. Is this because they are already showing an 80% discount and will not get an additional 10% discount for buying 2 or more items or is this a bug?
Thanks. What's interesting is that it won't let me add those to the cart, either. I click on them and... Nothing. I'll try rebooting my machine. It may be a browser thingie.
That seems odd. If I put any two of the others in my cart - they bump up the additional percent off. (some at 65%) One would think the stacking would work with the 6 starter or pro bundles as well.

Flagged this up for clarification, though i suspect as you suggest it's that the better offer trumps the 40%/50% offer.
