...adjusting tool sensitivity, how? [solved]

...OK, made Hexagon Large Address Aware and so far it's behaving better than usual.

So trying a simple project but having issues with refining manipulator tool sensitivity. I see what appears to be a tool setting in the properties pane, but adjusting the values seems to do nothing to fine tune how sensitive the tool becomes.

    ...never mind, found it: "Snap Mouse Movements to Feedback Grid" Turned that off and transitions/rotations are much more fluid.
