  What are you looking for in particular? A "How to use?"

  "How to make"? Simply create a plane primtive and add to it the texture image of your choice.

  "How to make a texture?" This is for decals, but billboards use the same priciple:

  I hadn't thought about making billboards but BeeMKay is right, it would be fairly easy and pretty fun! If you need some help, drop me a message in my inbox and we can do it together! Then come back here, post the renders and brag our heads off :P
