Arms don't Animate when exporting Character from Daz 3D to Unity

Hello,

I am fairly new to Daz, and I am experimenting with the software, with a view to possibly using it (With the right licences, of course) in some game projects that I am working on.

Daz-to-Unity seems to be reasonable straightforward, but I have run into a few issues with animations.

I am using a Genesis 8 character (Victoria 8, with some clothing that I purchased from the store).

I can export the character posed but without animations, but if I try to export a character  with an animation that changes the poses (with animations ticked in the export window) the characters arms don't move. The legs and body work, but the arms don't move.

I have tried all of the options that I can think of in both Daz and Unity, and this just doesn't seem to work.

Can anyone offer any advice?

Thanks a lot!

What format were you using? Were the arms posed diectly, or using the PoseControls on the figure?

I'm not sure what you mean by "format", but I tried several of the "FBX Binary" options in the export options, is that what you mean?

I actually used poses that I obtained from various assets that I purchased. I can get most of them to work by unticking "Morphs" in the export options, but some of them still have issues with arms, legs, etc, being posed incorrectly in unity, but they work fine in daz.

I'm guessing it's an export issue, since the work fine in the daz editor, and renders, etc, it's only when they get to unity that I have problems. Is there anything else that I could be missing?
