Missing file when loading Genesis 8 Female

I've installed some freebie clothing and now when loading Genesis 8 Female I get a missing file error - data/daz 3d/genesis 3/female/genesis8female.dsf. How can I fix this? I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling both Starter essentials from 3 and 8
