I'm guessing your loyalty coupon was more than $5, because I'm only getting 70% off.
This is what I get, and if I add victoria, it goes down to 69% because she's eating part of the coupon. I'm a member of PC+. Am I doing something wrong?
I'm getting 72% off. I think there was an additional 20% off for people who had previously purchased Victoria 8 (which I did not). The difference between your values and mine is my cart has lower priced dog items in it.

Well, today's sale isn't much help for my loyalty DO coupon situation. Sure, there's lots of stuff to choose from that's on sale, but no stuff that I can't do without. Just a bunch of variations on stuff I already have. And I still like to get the best deal on an item, coupon or no, so grabbing something at 'full price' goes against my Daz DNA.
I did end up grab that alien environment yesterday ('cuz it was cheap) and pick some freebie, but the freebie was more of a 'well, maybe I'll use this someday' instead of a 'must have.
I've done a pretty good job up until now grabbing the stuff I want, so I think I've hit a saturation point of sorts. Ahh well, at least the opening salvo on the various Victoria Birthday sales was fun.
Just as well. Less time spent shopping means more time to put scenes together! Since Freak 8 is a long shot, welll it might be time to take a break from Daz shopping.... Famous last words!

Out of this world sale is broke; new flipmode item is at full price in my cart and the two older items from his store that had been slightly under $5 apiece are now at $7 and change.
Today's sale also not working: 60% off PA stores with new item sale doesn't work, even with an item from the same sale.
They actually fixed that not too long ago. Free items show up as $0.00 in the cart now rather than "Free" so they don't get discounted by any coupons.
They always showed up as $0.00, at least for the past few years since I've been around. (That doesn't mean it's not fixed, I haven't tried it, and already used all my coupons. The PC+ page still says "Please note: Coupon will not fully apply if free items are in Shopping Cart." though.)

Nope. They still eat the coupon. I had that problem yesterday and ended up not buying because of it.

My bad. I thought he was talking about other coupons including the latest FREE-DAZ-JUNE, not the PC coupons. Free items do not eat up the FREE-DAZ-JUNE coupon. Makes it all the more puzzling that they can't get the PC coupons to play nicely with free items. FDJ coupon is no different than the PC Daz Originals coupon except it's $1 less.
Actually, it did eat part of the FREE-DAZ-JUNE when I tried to use it with the free Victoria 8 in the cart.
The new free Public Outdoor Pool item doesn't eat it. Other freebie items don't eat it either. The free item probably can't be tied into another sale promotion.
I don't know what logic is involved, but I sure wish they would fix it. It did keep me from investing in Dog 8. I've been tempted, but the discount hasn't been high enough considering there's no bundle. I will wait for a better DO sale.
Who knows really... Their store software is such a fustercluck, lol.
By the way, if any PC members want to stock up on hair items a bunch of Goldtassel's PC+ hairs (looks like Genesis 3 and prior) are showing up at about 90% discount in the cart currently. $2 or less each. The Sweetie Pie poses were $6.70 before the coupon.
New free items are not included in the FREE-DAZ-JUNE promotion, so that is why it will not eat a portion of the coupon. The bug unfortunately is still there, and we don't know if it will ever be fixed.
The problem between coupons and free items happens only with "buy this get that other product free" offers where the free item would have qualified for the coupon.
It comes from the fact that whatever rule makes that item free is actually applied after the coupon. As coupon amount is split between all qualifying items and the soon-to-be-free item qualifies, a part of the coupon is applied to that item, and is then lost when the "get that free" rule is applied afterwards.
"Regular" freebies are already free before the coupon is applied, so that doesn't affect them.
So far Daz has not found a way to change that behaviour without breaking other things.

No, but it's sin to blab it publically so that they "fix" it.
$5 is nothing compared to the other sales.

Wow, that was a fun flurry. If I'd pushed it I could have got about 200 items for free. But I didn't want to put DAZ through that, and tried to only pick a few. Which took time, so I ended up only getting a couple.
