Food props and cooking on a fire

I am looking for the sort of food one could cook on a makeshift campfire, like grilled fish or small animals. The idea is to use those in a Robinson Crusoe kind of scene, on an island, in DS. Now that "Cave Island" has come out, I have the scene, I am now gathering the props.

Any ideas? :)
