faith hair failed for genesis 3 to open file

how can i get this to open, i already installed "faith hair for genesis 3" into daz already but how come it's blank and unable to open? its weird

    i install it with install manager, the files are already in my daz3d studio connect library, but i got the error saying that some files are missing on my smarttab. The error is a joke

    If there's a Connect install that will override the Install Manager install. Find the Product in one of the product listings (Smart Content tab or Content Library tree), right-click on it, and select Uninstall. See if the DIM install then works correctly.
