in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

I've download and installed DAZ Pack from the DAZ Install Manager and but still its giving me this annoying error at the launch also whenever i try to login sad. I've Tried uninstalling and re-installing "PostgreSQL" through DIM but still the same :( 
Please guys i need this to work properly.

    I Often get this message too, usually restarting DazStudio a time or two fixes it.

    What security software are you using?

    Richard Haseltine at the moment I'm using no antivirus also I've tried disabling the firewall but still the same
