Daz crashes when trying to save figure/prop asset

So I made a skirt in Daz using the "How to use dForce" thread. But when I go to save it as a figure/prop asset, Daz closes itself and gives me an error message.
I managed to save it as a wearable preset. But it only loads in the character that the skirt was modelled on.
Thanks for any help.

What is the error? To where are you tring to save, is it a folder for which you have write access?
It's in a location that I didn't even know existed until the past few days. It's in a library created by Daz in the My Documents folder on my C: drive (all of my Daz stuff has been installed on my D: drive).
Do you have to have the PostgreSQL CMS installed to save new clothing?
So this is odd, I had the exact same thing, just started today. I even tested it with a single polygon to see if it was a memory issue. I tossed out the p list and even re installed the last build I had on hand. In the end I saved my "My Daz Library" but through away all other files I could find and downloaded a copy from the store manually and installed it. And it works fine.
Yesterday I saved assets fine this morning it all went sideways. Hoe do you explain two people having the same issue???
Well, that looks like a Content Managment communication issue so my first question would be what security software you are running.
Windows Defender and Malware Bytes
That would make mine a coincidence because I'm on a Mac.
I have had this same problem for a while and Daz has been totally useless in solving it.....hope you have better luck
Could also be option B - permission issues on a folder involved in the process.
Hey Richard I am not saying it's not, but I corrected pathways on start up in the terminal window and I used disk utility to check for that. All was OK. Still did the crash on the attempt to save asset.
Have you submitted the crash report?
No I just tossed everything out and reinstalled from the store. Had to keep moving forward making products.
