What product is a Skydome Editor/Manager?

I know I bought one some time ago. If I remember, it let you rotate and edit the Skydome and do things like adjust the time or sundial settings....
Something like that. (It could be a false memory, But I thought it even included some kind of preview)
Maybe I'm mixing the https://www.daz3d.com/iray-geolocator
And the free HDRI one.
And of course the Daz Store's search is broken so searching is ultra tedious.

No, but thanks for the try. I appreciate it.
I know there's some kind of utility or script to move the HDRI/Skydome around.
But I would have sworn someone put a full product out and forumites were mentioning various alternatives like "Why do we need this when this free Daz script does....?"
I think I remember it having a bunch of other functions.
But maybe I'm wrong and it was -----
NOPE. I think that is the product. I just don't remember it at all.
The thread about looks familiar. But I don't recognize any of the screen shots from the promo.
I think I got confused and mixed these two products together.
