“Still New” releases not responding to discounts

I’m noticing that the Still New releases do not seem to be discounted in the cart for any of the discounts offered today (combo with other Still New, combo with featured PA, combo with  Ollie Pro Bundle). Is anyone else seeing this? I’ve tried this with several Still New items so I think it may be the whole lot. Have not seen a problem with non-Still New discounts.

    Please give us a screenshot so we can see which products are involved and try them.

    OK here we go. 2 items fro mthe 'Still Mad' Section and the price hasn't changed for the Ragna

    and here I added something from the Featured Artist catalog - prices do not change

    Here's my example, and I had the same problem with Featured Artists catalogs as well

    Cris, I put every single Still Mad product listed on the March Madness sales page into the cart, and they all came up at 40% off. On the other hand, every product I put in the cart from the "Still Mad Catchup" page shows 55%.

    A handful of random products from Featured Artists all showed the 55%, or 68% for DOs.

    @vesbin_8238e8e9f3, I had no problems getting the correct discounts from the Featured Artist catalogs. Have you cleared your browser of daz3d.com cookies  since the site went down and came back yesterday? @Ati mentioned clearing daz cookies got the site working as expected again in his browser. Maybe that will help.

    Edited to Add: I own Ollie 8, and get the extra 10% bringing my discounts up from 50% to 55%, in case anyone reading this is wondering…)

    Have you tried Still Mad from the "Still Mad Catchup" page? As mentioned above, I found only those on the March Madness page weren't getting the higher discount, though I admit I only tried the first 8 on the catchup page.

    It says on the sales page

    “Still Mad” New Releases 40% OFF

    Get 50% OFF* when you buy 2 or more

    or when purchased together with any item from featured Artist Catalogs items below"

    This should include for example https://www.daz3d.com/kinley-hair-with-dforce-for-genesis-3-and-8-females. But that only gets 40% in my cart, as do other items from that category. I've tried adding a Newly Mad item, but that doesn't help.

    ok sorta off topic, but why does it show the % discount in red on both Nath's and 3dDreamer's shopping cart, but not mine? is that a setting?

    That's from Ati's Daz-Deals browser plug-in. And I recommend it highly even if you're just a casual shopper here... More info here: https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/106296/announcing-daz-deals-browser-add-on/p1

    And you can set it up to just use the parts that are useful for you (I don't recommend ticking Total spent, unless you have a good constitution)

    Hi,

    I was hoping that this would be fixed by 1 p.m. Central. Some of the MM items recognize the additional 10% if you own Ollie 8 Pro but the more recent MM items do not. I've attached an example. Maybe they are still working on it...

    Yep, same here! I've got Kinley and the PD Howler tutorial in my cart. Same issue- the extra 10% off is not showing up for owning Ollie 8 Pro.

    Mwhaha! ;) I actually choose that babe because I'd overdrawn (unexpectedly while traveling) shortly after getting into Daz. I also hope to someday create at similar to Mucha in which Daz figures are "over drawn" (as in drawn over) so the combined situations brought that idea to mind. However unintentionally frightening. ;(

    Sorry to not have replied sooner. We had a bad storm coming through with high winds and possible power outages so I shut down all my equipment. It seems to have passed, so I'm back online.

    The point I was making to Cris is exactly that, none of the Still Mad products listed on the March Madness page are listed on the Still Mad Catchup page, and only the products listed on the Still Mad Catchup page were getting the additional discounts. I see that the products on the MM page are now showing up at 50% off in my cart, so the additional 10% off for Owning Ollie 8 still isn't being applied, which is already being discussed here and in the "sales" thread.

    It appears there are several new MM items only showing a 30% discount and don't stack.     I'm still seeing wrong prices (30 or 40% on -some- Still New, where it should be 55), even after logging out and tossingdeleting my cookies.
