All of these are very useful and I use them in almost every render I make.
Just looking for some good products I haven't discovered yet. I've a thread like this already exists it'd be nice if you give me a link so I can look there too :)

Mainly just BOSS Pro Studio Lighting but sometimes Brow Remover. Since I almost always use Genesis 8 all those other products don't get used very much at all. I am starting to use Bone Control & Posamation (or is that called Pose Automation? The River Arts product).

It's hard to narrow it down to 5, but here goes:
UHT2: Ultimate Color - I use it on almost every image, it's perfect for both old and new hair to get just the look I want (the original UHT Hair Shaders for Iray adds even more variety).
N.G.S. Anagenessis 2 - Revolution I use it a lot on Genesis 3 and earlier figures. It doesn't work for all skins, but for those it does it's fantastic.
Mec4D's Iray shaders are something else that I use on almost every image.
Musculature HD Morphs for Genesis 3 Female(s) - I use these all the time too, as well as the muscle morphs for Genesis 2 and 1 (actually, all the major morph packages are a must have for me).
Bone Doctor Pose Control - very handy
...indeed there are a number of very useful utilities I have that make it difficult to narrow down to 5 which include:
Breast Control.
The above mentioned UHT/UHT2
200 Plus Head and Face Morphs
LAMH and Garibaldi Express
AoA Atmospheric Cameras.

I found it exceedingly difficult to name my 5 top favorites. So I decided instead to list what I use in almost every render I create.
My favorites are:
IBL Master for Daz Studio
Rim Light Iray Rig
Fit Control for all Genesis generations - I linked the one for G8 Female (I use something from @DiscoBob and @Zev0 in every render but I use Fit Control the most)
Look at Me Pose Control (I use all of @RiverSoft_Art utilities regularly but I use the one I listed in every render)
dForce Master (New favorite!)

GenX2 (Wonderful product by a HUGELY talented PA who is greatly missed. [Even though it's three products, I consider it one since you need all three to be able to transfer morphs to G3]):

Elijah 7 (The best male figure release by Daz, IMO.)
Gwennili HD for Victoria 7 (One of the most detailed and beautiful characters ever, IMO.)
I could just list Zev0 stuff like everyone and be done with it... Growing Up, Fit Control, Breast Control, Shape Shift, Glute Control.
Plus, Dogz (and Zev0 for Genesis 8), 200 Plus Head and Face Morphs.
SickleYield/Fuseling's Beautiful Skin products are nice because they help to even out skin tones and surfaces across a variety of vendors/artists... and there are Beautiful Skin products for multiple generations of model, so you can also achieve some consistency even if you're mixing Genesis 2 and Genesis 3, for instance.
Kayleyss' Tara 2, if I had to pick one non-Daz figure, even if Gwennili is superb. Tara 2 is even better IMO. There's so much stuff packed into that one product. 2 skin sets (human and demonic), tanlines, demoness parts (tail, horns, spikes, wings)... AND both V7 and V8 are included. She's not cheap, but she comes with so much, it's an amazing value IMO.
I was actually really disappointed to see all the demon stuff packed in with Tara. I really wanted that character but wasn't at all interested in spending all that extra money on demon stuff. It would have been nice if was packaged as an add-on, so that those who weren't interested in having demonic stuff in their runtime (not to mention paying extra for the demonic stuff), could purchase that separately.
I'm really looking forward to seeing a new G8F character by Kayleyss. As long as it's not demons I'm sure it will FLY into my cart. lol I've been waiting anxiously for many months. :) They're one of the best character creators here, imo. It makes me sad that they've not released any other G8F characters.
