  While I don't intend to sell a product using the image, I have removed it because of the tricky potential legal ramifications involved in using something labeled as Creative Commons. Thanks to CyperFOX for the warning!

  @posecast - Just...not to be nit-picky, but if you're going to use the original (which you entirely have the right to, if you look at the license on the flickr page) you need to give attribution.  It's from this flickr page as far as I could tell.

  It also means that anything you release that re-uses the original is also under the (by-sa) share-alike license.  I'm not a lawyer, though, so I don't know what it means if you use facegen or something like it with that picture.  It seems like it might be a derivative/remixed product, so...just be careful.  Please take this as it's meant, as a helpful pointer, not a criticism at all.
