Does anybody know what this hairstyle meight be? I've seen two possibilities Dionne hair and Starlet Hair (Lisbeth) but neither are quite correct:

That looks like Photoshop (post-production) hair almost certainly.
I have a feeling that hair may be photoshopped. It was a pretty common practice at the time this was made.
