Still New items not discounting (Fixed)

A number of the "Still New" items have lost their discount. For example Iray Decal Kit doesn't show the "new"  discount and only shows my loyalty rewards when in my cart. Can this please be corrected before the sale with loyalty rewards ends tonight.
