I need to hire someone to rig https://www.daz3d.com/stealth so I can pose it and apply premade poses to it exactly like a genesis figure - arms, fingers, etc. (minus the face, obviously). Where can I post that here (or elsewhere) to find and pay an experienced pro who knows what they are doing with it? Thanks!

You just did. :) They should PM you to make queries involving any monetary part of the discussion and in general to show you their work and such.
And don't forget that both parties will need to have the product in question. Have you actually asked the PA (Midnight_stories is often around in the forum) as to the feasability of this project?

Have you tried M4 poses on it? A lot of the older figures that have humonoid shape usually take M4 or V4 poses pretty well, with just minor adjustments.
