Limitation on number of products?

Is there a limitation in the number of products which can be tracked by CMS and Installed? I'm asking because I've just purchased a product, downloaded and installed it via DIM and it does not show up.

I was told earlier this year by tech support that there is no limitation, and I had 10,000. I solved my problem by downloading and installing in two steps (by unticking/unchecking the box at the bottom of the download page that says "Install after download"). After that, stuff showed up just like before.
I have nearly 1000 items in Lost and found, though. :( The items include the product I just purchased.
I'm refreshing MetaData to see if that helps.
No go on the Metadata thing. Deleting everything, redownloadng and reinstalling using the method above.

Still have ten item in Lost and Found... a great improvement. But, why does this happen? I deleted and downloaded everything yet items show up in Lost and Found?
Some items show up in Lost and Found because they don't have any metadata. The item may be older (and hasn't been updated yet). Also some products show up in Lost and Found because 1 item is uncategorized, usually instructional icons that don't actually do anything.
How about clothing? :) I get the "visit" stuff showing up there. Last night I had over 1000 items in lost and found, now I have but 12. I guess that's progress!
Over 10,000??! Well that gives me hope that I can get a whoooole lot more into my Daz3D Library...lol. I only have about 2500 :P

I have 730. :) I feel I have fallen woefully behind. :)

Nah, just smarter with your money than some of us....lol :P
There wasn't a category for web links, so they did end up in Lost and Found (recent sets do seem to have a category for those now, but that won't affect older products unless they get updated). Tip thumbnails/instructions that don't match a working file can also ended up there, though recently some at least have been given the same category as the files they give instructions for.
Okay. :)
Well, I'm down to eight now. :)
