DS4 FBX Export to Maya animation issue

I put a simple 5 frame animation on a Genesis 3 model, frame 1 is a neutral T pose and frame 5 is a custom pose. When I export through FBX to Maya I get a "Local Transform Changed" warning and the T pose is off in Maya and the skeleton is no longer aligned with the skin so when I move forward to frame 5 it causes skin stretching, the skeleton barely moves. I tried some different FBX export options and FBX versions but all had the same result. If I remove the animation either pose will export into Maya just fine with no issues. I have attached some screenshots for clarification. Thanks in advance for any help!
