I still use Poser 6 (mostly for .obj bashing), but my runtimes are as Tyler described.. I have a folder called POSER RUNTIMES, and in it are my category folders, such as Daz Folk, Armor & Weapons, Archetecture, etc.. Each of those folders has a Runtime folder in it with the appropriate directory inside..
I don't know how Poser 5 worked as I skipped over it from 4 to 6, and have never upgraded 6 as I have been doing all my work in D|S 2.3 for some time...

I'm wondering which version of POSER the OP is using. I've never seen that method work before.
