    That is not happening for me,   I cannot duplicate your problem   

    maybe remove all from cart and clear your cache, refresh the pages and then try again.

    Ok..followed your advice and it is now different. I really hate getting these jankey mix ups and get frustrated when the site doesn't appear to be working right. I was one of those that got double charged the other day....had it triple charged it would have bounced my account...so I know computers messing up can be part of life....but it can be frustrating...and when I tried to call about the double charge....everything is a message to contact them online with a ticket....not nearly as customer friendly & personal up front as Daz used to be.

    With that Cart glitch the other night,  if you had followed the thread about it you would have seen that  Daz_Steve himself posted to the thread, and he did say that once they had got the thing sorted out they were then going through all orders that were made during the time it was malfunctioning and refunding every single one of them

    Daz Customer Service is still the best as far as most people are concerned. 

  • Yes, I saw that thread today....which since I didn't see it Monday it didn't help me then...I know the crew at Daz is great. It just seems that I run into more problematic things than I used to and now the mode of help seems harder to get to.
