Skin Texutres in DAZ Studio and Poser

Is there some way to make skin textures that were made for Poser look nearly as good in DAZ Studio? In Studio I used the Human Surface Shader and adjusted it the way the instructions say, and this is the best I can get - which is totally fake looking.
The skin texture is "Sandra" by Godin.
Thanks!

I'm using this exclusively, and get good results (there's also versions for the other generations): https://www.daz3d.com/iray-smart-converter-and-advanced-skin-managers-for-genesis-2
That said, Poser skins sometimes need to be desaturated to give a good result.
Thanks. I guess I should have mentioned that I'm using 3Delight and not iRay.
The biggest things I've found to make good skin in 3delite is to make sure velvet is off and consider changing specular settings to reflection settings.
I don't know if that's very Poser like.
You mean turn off the specular - and turn on reflection?
It looks like you're using different lights in both renders which makes things difficult to compare. The Poser render in particular is lit from all directions which causes an ambient light effect that much improves the appearance.
I would say the Poser render looks like it has a lot of SSS going on. Also, set specular to white in DS, fairly low strength on skin but high strength and high sharpness/low roughness on lips. I think you need to up your roughness on the skin but that may just be the effect of the different lights, and your bump looks low as it isn't breaking up the specular like it is in the Poser render. If there are specular maps don't forget to plug them in, if there are not and upping the bump strength messes with the other skin appearance too much often you can plug the bump maps into the specular strength channel to get it to play more nicely with the skin texture.
