    It showed up in the lastest versions of DS and I still have no idea what it's for or what it does. Maybe Richard will clue us in ;).

    I mean... simulation. At first I just thought that meant 'viewport' but it doesn't seem to have any impact there....

    Hmmm.... just read elsewhere that "Mean Mr Pumpkin Head for Genesis 8 Male has a dynamic gown"...

    There's also a simulation settings category in DS content. Don't know when that cropped up because I haven't been paying attention.

    Dazz_Steve posted in another thread that the included gown should be working in OptiTex but isn't, the product is being updated.

    Holy crap. And this will work on normal computers? Gotta say, if they add something like this, my socks WILL fly off.

    Mine will only fly off if the software allows me to use my own, personally made socks...lol.

    well Flex is in Unity so yeah that works on ordinary computers esp with a Nvidia card but whatever DAZ is adding with that simulation tool who knows?????

    I might add it works on mine as you see from my second video with the Flex demo from the Nvidia developers which I downloaded 

    I have 16GB RAM and a 980ti and it does not use any more than playing a game like Skyrim etc

    I've pulled it down and looked - it seems to be a set of demo scenes; waiting for the public beta to download so I can play with them.

    Not so much a Playstation, more like a model railroad set - looks like a lot of flexibility (pun intended).

     

    Before and after of the Sheet Drop demo. All demo scenes found under the Content Library tab - this took about 1 minute 25 seconds on my laptop with the nVidia 960m as the opencl provider.
