    WIP!

    That looks very good.

Reminds me of the Amityville "horror" house here on LI.

Actually there are quite a few houses like that in my area too and you captured the look quite well.

No, last month I downloaded the trial version of MD6.5 so I've made a number of outfits with it. Although the Battle Nun outfit was made with 3D-Coat using the cloth sym to make the head scarf.

Ah, so using that tool is easy enough?  I keep holding out for a built in draping tool in DS but I keep looking at MD ....

If Marvelous Designer comes out with a hobby license I'd buy it in a second. I wish I had bought it when it was on sale on Steam. Oh well it'll probably go on sale again right before they release MD7.

    But of course!  lol

Working on finishing up the final Gerudo inspired outfit I made. I really love making outfits with veils and headscarfs but damn if they're not a bugger to rig.

Really nice works.  Love all the movement of the cloth... brings it to a more realistic look

Working on a retro gym jumper.

Just to let you know how old I am, when I was in elementary school this style of jumper was mandatory for girls in gym class. When it was gymnastics days the early bloomer girls would always have to be extra careful because sudden movements would cause the poor quality snaps to fly apart and they'd end up flashing the class. They were phased out in 1980 for T-shirts and shorts like the boys wore.

When you were in grade 7 and 8 and you saw the gym teacher had set out the trampoline you knew it was going to be a good day.

Yup, capes are indeed a PITA to rig and get the weight mapping just so!  Looking good though!

  • I ended up having to make some morphs you can also apply to adjust when the bones push some of the mesh through the shoulders.

I've found that by locking the top of the cape with pure blue to the shoulders and just weight mapping it from just below the shoulders I got pretty nice effects using the twist, bend and side to side dials for weight mapping.  Any adjustments higher with the blue to red blend often had the cape going into the shoulders and neck.  Very precise work there.

Haha! I always use a man or woman to keep scale right, as I usually almost build these sets from scratch. And the exterior sets and Godzilla are to scale also.
