  At first I thought it was https://www.daz3d.com/tatiana-hair but the hair goes in the opposite direction. :/

  You can flip/mirror the hair across an axis. Set X Scale to -100%. You need to show the hidden properties for most products.

  Also that artist often suppliers a mirrored version, I'm rendering at the moment so can't check, but will once its done.
