    Does anyone knoiw where I can find a freebie Power Hammer, Belt Sander and English Wheel for DAZ orPoser? I can't find anything. I'm paryticularly looking for ones like they use on Forged In Fire.

    Mhh, after I have installed the newest version of DAZ 4.9, I have realized that my Freebie Fangs for Genesis do not work anymore. 

    Is there a update or a new Freebie available for one of the Genesis figures (1-8)?

    I need an obj export that only exports the selected object and does not require a litany of mouse clicks when I have enormous scenes because I could never get this script to work

    My method is to 1. Save the Scene. 2. unparent the item from anything it might be parented to. 3. Select "everything" except that one item and "delete them" from the scene. Then export the item. 4. Edit > undo to bring back everything to the scene. Might take awhile for some projects but there's no way it will then be copying too much ;-)

    True; but they are old and for M4. So they are likely to be heavily discounted at some time. Just wishlist them and wait.

    I think some of the poses in some of the sets here may qualify...but there are too many to hunt down right nght now.

    Oom's tooth morphs broke ages ago...but they usually worked 1 time, when first loaded.  That was when you needed to save it out again. 

    Basically it is the structure of the file that is the problem.  It was saved in a format that was revised in an early DS4 update. 

    If you remove them (probably need to manually do it) and reinstall them you may be able to get that initial 'shot'.  If not, there was a way of manually editing the morph file...but I'm not sure if that old thread is findable any longer (yeah, there was a thread about these morphs, a long time ago).

    Okay...

    Install Oom's folder manually...the data folder.

    Then immediately load Genesis and save each morph individually (File > Save as > Support Asset > Morph Asset > then expand Genesis in the dialog box and find the two fang morphs, put a check in the box of one of them)...I saved it in vendor = Oom_Fooyat (that's the same folder it's currently in) but I made the Product = Fangs (that creates a new subfolder).  Repeat these steps for the other morph.

    Then delete the original morphs (the ones outside the new Fangs folder).

    They should now work...

    After a little more playing around, it's safe to mark all of them at once and save only the one time.  I just redid all Oom's tooth morphs in a few minutes, by doing them all at once.

    I was wondering if there was a pair of skis that fit either G3 or G8 male and/or female around, been looking for a while and not having much luck. 

    Considering the we have great winter stuff like the french ski resort to use having no skis surprises me, tried rendo, shareCG and here and short of poser format i've not seen any at all, i don't think i've even seen them in promo renders and such.

    Hey! I'm looking for some low pigtails hair for Genesis 8 female preferably a black bluish color. I've tried converting sim hair but the tutorials I found are really outdated and I can't get any of them actually work, hell I can't even find the write .simsgeom to export and they have no images... sorry off topic. By any chance do you know of any? 

     

    Edit: I can even work with Genesis 3 if there isn't a Genesis 8 one.

    It works with genesis 3 and 8

    I think that item comes for free well at least I seen the hair on my smart content but I can't get it to reshape correct for my model to wear it 

    But it's a great alt if I can't find another thanks for the image it really does fit well if I can can get it to work lol

    I'm seeking another old RuntimeDNA freebie.  I don't recall the exact name, but there was a giant sandworm-type creature.  Is it still available anywhere?  When I try and access the community freebies from there via archive.org, I just get error messages.

    You MIGHT be tihnking of Tratradactylus, tho that one has knuckles past its maw.  In a pinch, Versatile Tentacle Figure might work as a sandworm, too, since its so vastly morphable into various shapes, and one or the other end can be opened out into something that could be taken for a maw.  Maybe insert Poseable Snake-Tongue for Poser/DAZ into there for good effect, or some slender cone-shaped prims to suggest teeth.

    You are probably thinking of the RDNA forum freebie Wyrm. I don't know anywhere it is currently available; but if you previously downloaded it that is the name to search for.

    Wyrm is the one.  Unfortunately, I've switched computers a couple of times so while I previously had it, I don't anymore.  As for the wyrm world, I'm broke, but even if I were't the main thing I was wanting the download for involved scaling and hiding parts until it looked like a round maw that could be parented to a human figure's head, so I'm not sure Wyrm World would even work as well.  Probably I'll end up using the morphing tentacle nomad-ads_8ecd56922e suggested.
