this is the look i am looking for also do you know how to make the hair very realistic like this pic
and where i can get the outfit shes wearing
There's a big "window" light source in front of her and to her left, and a bright light spot or emissive obect on the floor below it. Both the hair and the eyes are reflecting that strongly, with a lesser effect on the lips and even on the skin.
The bright emissive object at the floor of her pupils is over the top but minus that the reflections look good.
From a shader standpoint, you can apply a thin water shader (see details in attached image from a previous thread down below) to the eyeballs to help give the eyes a bit more shine the way our natural tear moisture does in real life.

This will help reflections, depending on the other settings
Surfaces / Surfaces / Cornea / Base / Glossy Roughness (less than .1)
Surfaces / Surfaces / Cornea / Topcoat / Topcoat Intensity (1.0) Topcoat Roughness (less than .1)
FWSA has an eye product that looks like that. It's avaialble at the other store.
As for the clothes, she's wearing the 3-in-1 dungaress (https://www.daz3d.com/3-in-1-dungarees-for-genesis-3-genesis-8-female-s).
@lasagnaman
You can change eye settings (thin wall, IOR, etc) all you want, but none of it matters until you get some light into the eyes.
If you want Iray renders to be successful, you really need to understand how lighting / light works. A little time spent reading about photographic lighting will be well spent.
You can cheat: Twizted Reflections G8 @ the other store

I suppose, but baked in reflections without a light source look even more phony than usual. These days PAs are generally critisized for baked in reflections.
There's no reason to do that, at least for an Iray render (OP's topic).
