Is there a way to save part of a morph as a stand alone morph? Just the lips from a full head morph?

I have been working on a character which started with Satsuki. After a lot of experimenting, I ended up with a mouth that I love but I don't want any of the other changes. I would like to be able to save just the mouth morph to use on other characters. Is there a way to do this? I've tried recreating the mouth starting with Genesis but I can't get it right.
