Is Scene Subset the best choice for a Preset of a group of objects?

Pretty much what's on the tin....
I have a group of individual objects (and a camera) and I want to save it as a re-usable preset. Is Subset the best choice, or is there a better option for this?

If it's a mix of item types I think a Scene Subset is probably best, yes.
It is the best option, yes.
