What product(s) makes this future cityscape, especially the circular arches? I have some similar items but can't find a match.

No, from what I understand he's been working on a new city thing (see: https://www.daz3d.com/greeble-city-blocks-2 )

as Will said, they are mostly from a new set of Greeble City blocks that are as yet unreleased.there is a lot of paintover in that image so the new blocks don't share the same textures,also a few of the older greeble blocks were used..and finaly the arches are just a few torus' with greebles applied and again painted over.

The arches aren't in that set, or they aren't shown in the individual block pics.
The arches are primitives with greebles added. DS has primitives and one of them is a Torus, just go to create>Primitive and you get a choice of different sorts and can alter the size etc.
Oops, sorry, I didn't see your post, Stonemason. LOL, that arch would make a nice block for your next set.
