can't seem to install the new version of Daz (4.9.3.166)

I tried the install manager. It says its installed, but nothing is happening. I know there's several steps I remember watching last time I did this. I know its not on my machine, because its still my old version and won't use my NVIDIA 1060 to render in GPU. Am I missing a step?

I tried to manual download, but it just takes me to my product library page with nothing new to install or download. 

I've gone through several posts about how to download but I am apparently missing something. I just wanted to get the latest version so I can render with Iray using my Nvidia 1060 (I heard the new version supports it).

    Well I finally got the manual to work. For some reason when I clicked on "Daz Studio Pro 4.9" it wouldn't pull it up on the right side of my product library page. I had to right click on it and open it in a new tab. Then I could begin. Finally. Testing the new build with my video card now.
