    Business Hallway isn't the freebie anymore. There is a new Bonus freebie, Physical Therapy Equipment

    I found out I misunderstood the rules which qualifies you for the freebie and i wasnt aware that my qualifying purchases period for the freebies had recently expired.

    Well, I've got the green banner and the freeby notice on the MM sale page, but Physical Therapy Equipment is still showing in my cart and at checkout as $6.59.

    Tried refreshing page, logging in and out, adding a non-free item, still $6.59.

    Blech.

    Take a screenshot and send to customer service. They will fix it.

    Same here...but at $6.60, and so far I haven't been very pleased with customer service, only after you point them out what a bullshit reply they're giving, you're going to get any decent service. I've worked in that field for HP and would've gotten fired if I had displayed THAT level of customer services skills.

    Yeah, well I bought the Physical Therapy and then the next day they offered it to me as a freebie. How's that for a sharp stick in the eye?

    If you bought something else at the same time to trigger the Bonus, ask them for a refund; I'm sure they'll oblige...

    I had a weird glitch when I added it to my cart. The price for the set was reduced from 14.95 to 10.47 on the left side where it shows the product, price and discount. but then on the right where it shows the total it was 0 LOL

     

    The left side should have been 14.95 discounted to 0

    Whenever the total and the cart item prices are not the same, be sure to refresh the page. When you check out, the software will go by the price next to the item. I got in a hurry one time—when there was a really good price on RDNA items, but you could only buy one at a time—and ended up paying the higher price because I didn't refresh the page!

    I have opened numerous tickets with customer service, and they have always treated me fairly and then some, with only two exceptions. The first was direct and not via the ticket system when I was having an issue getting both store credits I'd won in a contest. I never did get the smaller credit... and the second was regarding last Christmas Day's advertising snafu. (Do NOT get me started on that one! lol)

    Overall, I am very happy with the service from the Customer Service folks... DAZ corporate? Not so much.

    That's been an ongoing cart glitch all through this sale, I've seen it a few times — when discounts are supposed to be applied to a cartful of goodies, the actual subtraction isn't done until the final total line at the bottom of the cart. Individual item prices still show without the discounts applied.

    Refreshing the cart usually fixes the problem. Just double check the price at checkout to be sure it is correct.

    Someone fixed it. Physical Therapy showed up in my cart tonight as free, downloaded it before it changed again!

    Next time that happens, try hitting the Edit Cart button to come back to the cart. I did that last night, and the cart prices came up properly zeroed out. More importantly, it was still zero when I went back into checkout and "bought" it.

    I was really hoping for another hallway, maybe something super futuristic. I have an almost idea for all those hallways but a scifi one would have nailed it.
