No, this is just the PC+ freebie
A couple years ago when I first heard about Daz and started getting into it, they had like a "3 weeks of summer" sale thing going on where every day for 3 weeks, there were new freebies. That was really cool.
If it makes you feel any better Fantasy Interior never workd for me and I have had bon us buyer banner all month. I had t send a ticket in and they fixed it for me.. :)
Though I must say today if I had not bought anything the bonus buyer banner would have been gone .But when I seen sicklyeilds rigged water I picked it u. Sickleyields stuff is a must have and that rigged water will be much easier than post work. So I'm good for another few days with bonus buyer miles....lol
I try to get her stuff whenever possible. 1. It's very useful and 2. Sickleyield is always super helpful to everyone when it comes to tutorials and answering individual questions. She's definitely part of the 3D community.

The terms of the Bonus Buyer plan seem to change, quietly, as different sales role out - and if you don't expand your banner and read it, you'll miss that there are new special terms.
Today, there are two different sub categories in the Horror sale that Bonus Buyers get an extra 30% off on over the top of the 50% bonus already offered.
With DAZ Math, that works out to anywhere from 65-75% off total on the items that are featured this way.
Actually, it was 69-79%...

If you are a Bonus Buyer, on the main sales page, if you scroll down, you will see a separate category that tells you about a Freebie you get. It changes about every 3 days. If you aren't a Bonus Buyer, you won't see it at all.
It's that "about every 3 days" bit that's confuzzling me; I got the Fantasy Interior as soon as it came out, back on the 20th, and it's still there. Did we ever get an official DAZ_guy post on how often there should be a new one?

I'm a bonus buyer but the Fantasy Interior isn't showing up as free in my cart. Has the free item changed but they haven't updated it on the sale page yet?

I'm sure. I wouldn't be able to add it to my cart anyway if I had already bought it. It says it's $10.68 in my cart (30% off + the extra 10%).
You can indeed add things to your cart if you've bought them before, so don't judge by that.
Not from the product's page (which will tell you you've purchased it and are unable to add to cart). I also don't know why anyone wouldn't also have "Hide Items I Own" selected. Regardless, I didn't already buy the Fantasy Interior. There's clearly a goof up somewhere in their system.
Yes, it was broken but is now fixed.

Not for me either. It was working earlier and I had things in my cart ready to go. I had company so had to leave it and just came back now the extra discount is gone and the freebie is not free :-(
And yes I logged out and back in and tried clearing the cache

That's using the https secure link that is up right now. Can not add it to cart from the promo page either.
On the other hand, today's bonus buyer extra is supposed to be an extra 30% off newly mad items when you buy two. The only problem is There Are No Newly Mad Items! :(

But what about the "Fantasie Interior" in the shopping card raised yesterday?
If it's not working, take a screenshot of your cart and if possible, show your bonus buyer banner in it also (or separate) and raise a ticket for it. They should be able to add it to your account, as there are a few people saying it's not working correctly for them.
I had that issues with the blades.. they did add it to my account.

I'm happy with today's, and not just because it's not a corridor :) Practical and useful for what it is, and though it's not something I imagine needing enough to buy, there's probably some great opportunities for kitbashing the bits together with other stuff too.
