Character / Dress from todays March Madness promo pic?

Right in the middle of the picture on todays "March Madness" sale page is a blonde wearing a strapless dress holding a clutch purse. It looks great but I don't see the character, hair, purse, dress, or anything from that  picture actually in the sale.  Is it a mistake?   Did I miss it somehow?  Confused.

    It's a promo from the legs set that's up. Her legs are on sale.

    Well, I spent the last 2 hours searching for the dress...no luck.  I got obsessive because I thought I could go right to it...thought it was in my WL...but no.

    I found a bunch of similar cocktail dresses, but none with this same type of pleats.  If I do figure it out, I'll make sure to post it for you.

    Cool, thanks! II'll do likewise here.   have  not seen it before and really liked it but it might be somethging the vendor made for themselves or something.

    I found it.  It's called the Bailey Party Dress for G3F by a vendor named LionLady on another big big site that starts with R.
