Clothes Won't Load on Genesis 3 Female Model

I purchased a set of clothes for Genesis 3 Female model and have installed it. However, when I double-click an item to load on the model, it won't apply. Does the attached image have anything to do with the failure to apply the clothes? If so, how do I fix the error? If not, how can I get the clothes to work? The clothes were for the Genesis 3 Female model.

    The error will stop Smart Content and the Categories/Products lists in the Content Library from working. If you are loading the files from the DAZ Studio formats or Poser Formats lists in the Content Library then a more likely immediate problem is that you are double-clicking on material settings to change the look of the clothes, not the clothes themselves; the materials usually require the clothing to be selected, and certainly require them to be loaded.

    Do you get that error every time you start DS? What security software are you running? Have you ever run DS as administrator (if not, continue not to)?
