  Pretty straightforward. If you got them from the Daz shop you should just be able to double click them. If you got a map from somewhere else, they go in Render Settings>Environment>Environment Map. Use the dropdown. See attached.

  You can then rotate the dome to get the light where you want. Use the other settings in the Render Settings>Environment tab to turn the dome and ground on and off. You won't get a view of the dome unless you have Iray preview mode on. Need more?
