Where is my FREE figure??

I was never able to get the FREE figure I wanted in the sale a few days ago, so I put in a help ticket. I got an answer from JAMIE who told me to put the figure in my cart and she would take care of putting it in my account for me. Well, it's been 2 days and it's not taken care of.
So this morning I call DAZ and get something called 'overflow answering service' who told me DAZ never answers their own phones anymore and they always go to this service, and even she said it was frustrating because of all the customers who are upset they can't talk to daz ppl anymore. She said the most she could do was put in a help ticket. I told her I'd already done that and she just repeated 'I know, it can be frustrating'. Really? Ya think?
What is going on here? I just want my FREE figure like advertised and am now getting the runaround.

Daz was closed until today. I am sure they will get to it as soon as they can.
Well, I got a reply from Jamie 2 days ago on my help ticket telling me to put Ninive in my cart and she'd take care of it from there. If they were closed why didn't she tell me they were and she'd take care of it when they got back in the office on Wed and not let me think she'd do it 2 days ago? That's all she'd have to say and I wouldn't be stewing for 2 days with this thing in my cart waiting.
